Relationship to clinicians
Medical services are provided by independent, licensed clinicians. Evolo Health provides technology and administrative support and does not itself practice medicine. The clinician–patient relationship is between you and your treating clinician, who exercises independent professional judgment in determining whether any treatment is appropriate for you.
Payments, subscriptions, and cancellations
Fees for consultations, programs, and medications are disclosed before you are charged. Where services are offered on a subscription basis, you may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle by contacting us through the contact form on this website. Charges for services already rendered or medications already dispensed are non-refundable except as described in our Shipping, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
