Medications are shipped by our licensed pharmacy partners to the address you provide. Delivery times vary by medication and location, and some medications require temperature-controlled packaging. Shipping is available only to states where the dispensing pharmacy is licensed.
Refunds
Consultation fees are refundable if you cancel before your evaluation begins or if a clinician determines you are not eligible for treatment. Because prescription medications are dispensed specifically for you, they cannot be returned or refunded once shipped, except in the case of a pharmacy error or damaged shipment — contact us promptly through the contact form if that occurs.
Cancellations
You may cancel a subscription or upcoming appointment at any time before the next billing cycle or scheduled visit by contacting us through the contact form on this website. Cancellation takes effect for future charges and does not refund amounts already billed for services rendered.
