FAQs
Questions, Answered.
Does completing the assessment guarantee a prescription?
No. A licensed clinician reviews your information and prescribes only when clinically appropriate. Some patients may need lab work, an additional consultation, or may not be eligible.
Who are the clinicians?
Care is provided by independently licensed clinicians. Verified provider details are listed on our Provider Information page.
Which states do you serve?
Telehealth services are subject to state-specific requirements. Our current service area will be listed on the Provider Information page.
Are compounded medications FDA-approved?
Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed pharmacy for an individual patient. They are not FDA-approved and are not equivalent to FDA-approved products. We prioritize FDA-approved options and only consider compounded preparations, such as compounded semaglutide or compounded tirzepatide, when legally permitted and clinically appropriate.
Which medications do you provide information about?
Compounded semaglutide, compounded tirzepatide, testosterone therapy, menopause hormone therapy, bremelanotide (PT-141), finasteride, minoxidil, and tesamorelin. Every medication page describes its approved uses, safety information, and who may qualify.
How are medications filled?
Prescriptions are filled by appropriately licensed pharmacies, subject to availability and applicable law.
Is my health information private?
We are building our systems to protect your health information. See our Privacy Policy and Notice of Privacy Practices for details.
Do I need lab tests?
Some treatments require laboratory testing before or during treatment. Your clinician will let you know.
What if I have an emergency?
Telehealth is not for emergencies. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
